Complete refurbishment of townhouse in Estepona

In the Cancelada urbanisation in Estepona is this townhouse whose owners, wishing to update their home, commissioned us to carry out a complete renovation. On the ground floor we integrated the living room, dining room and kitchen spaces, seeking to obtain a feeling of spaciousness. On the first floor we joined two bedrooms to obtain a large master bedroom with fireplace and integrated dressing room and we used the roof floor to reinforce its thermal and acoustic performance and obtain a new independent bedroom.
